Willing graduated with Mechanical Engineering Degree from University of Texas at Austin in United States in 1993. He worked in Motorola here in Malaysia and in US for more than 13yrs. And was an Engineering Manager in charge of product development when he left in 2007.

He started Nuskin part time and became a Executive Brand Director in 4 years, before going full time.

Today, together with his wife, KC, they are Circle of Excellence I Members, and also Created 1 Million Dollar Circle earner in their organisation, 14 Executive Brand Director's and 1 Team Elite. In 2022, they created 4 Executive Brand Directors in their group. They also led the team to create 7 Jumpstart Winners in 2020 & 6 Jumpstart Winners in 2021!
